Payment and Refund Policy | NutriClinics

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Effective from: 15 August 2026  |  Last updated: 15 August 2026 (Version 01.150826)

This Payment and Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions on the basis of which we, M/s. NutriClinics Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, (“NutriClinics”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), will process payments and refunds for transactions carried out on the NutriClinics website (https://www.nutriclinicsglobal.com) (currently marked as the “Platform”) while availing the nutrition consultation and related services made available to you over the Platform (the “Patient Services/Services”).

By making a payment or booking a consultation through the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Payment and Refund Policy, which must be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and acceptance of this Policy shall be deemed sufficient notice to you and to any person who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not such person has separately signified acceptance. NutriClinics reserves the right to amend, modify or replace this Policy at any time, and the version published on the Platform at the time of your transaction shall govern that transaction; your continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. NutriClinics may assign, transfer or sub-contract any of its rights and obligations under this Policy to any third party as it may deem fit, without requiring your prior consent, and you shall continue to be bound by this Policy notwithstanding any such assignment, transfer or sub-contracting. Nothing in this Policy operates to exclude or limit any right available to you that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

1. PAYMENT

  1. NutriClinics operates the Platform as a technology platform which enables you, as a patient or caregiver, to discover, book and pay for consultation and related patient services rendered by independent nutrition consultants listed on the Platform (each, a “Consultant”). The Services are rendered by the Consultant you select, and not by NutriClinics. NutriClinics does not itself render any consultation, does not prescribe or direct any dietary regimen, and does not exercise control over the professional judgment, content or outcome of any consultation.
  2. The amount payable by you for a booking (the “Fees”) is the consideration for the patient services rendered to you by the Consultant. NutriClinics collects the Fees from you on behalf of the relevant Consultant, through the Payment Aggregator, solely as a payment collection facility. Receipt of the Fees by the Payment Aggregator discharges your payment obligation in respect of that booking to that extent. Amounts so collected are remitted to the Consultant in accordance with the separate arrangement between NutriClinics and that Consultant, to which you are not a party and in respect of which you have no rights or obligations.
  3. All Fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR); where you pay using an instrument denominated in another currency or issued outside India, the exchange rate and any cross-border or conversion charges are determined by your card issuer or the Payment Aggregator, not by us and borne by you, in accordance with their terms and conditions. The Fees are consideration for the healthcare services rendered to you by the Consultant and are inclusive of such taxes, if any, as are applicable to those services. The exact amount payable is displayed to you at checkout before you pay. NutriClinics does not levy any separate booking fee, convenience fee, platform fee or payment gateway charges or surcharge on you.
  4. You may use any payment service enabled on the Platform, such as UPI, net banking, debit card or credit card, for making payment of the Fees. You will be directed to our payment aggregator partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited (the “Payment Aggregator”), once you proceed to make payment. Once redirected, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Payment Aggregator, on the basis of which the transaction will take place.
  5. All bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed only once payment is successful. When you select a slot, it is held for you for 10 minutes while you complete payment; if payment is not completed within that time, the slot is released. You may hold only one slot at a time. NutriClinics gives no assurance that any slot, Consultant or fee displayed to you will remain available until payment is completed.
  6. NutriClinics shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever if incorrect or inaccurate details (including those concerning any credit or debit card, UPI handle or bank account) are provided by you for making payment of the Fees, or if you use a payment instrument not lawfully owned by you, or if you permit a third party to use your password, OTP or any other means of accessing your bank account, card or payment application.
  7. The Payment Aggregator and banks reserve the right to reject any payment, including for suspicious or unlawful transactions, potential or actual fraud, card authentication or authorisation issues, or any other reason. NutriClinics shall not be liable for the rejection of any authorisation request by any bank or the Payment Aggregator for any reason, including risk management, applicable laws, the directions of the Reserve Bank of India, or the internal policies of such bank or Payment Aggregator.
  8. If an amount is debited from your account but your booking is not confirmed, the transaction has failed at the bank or Payment Aggregator's end, and no booking has come into existence. Such amounts are ordinarily reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days, and such reversal is effected by your bank or the Payment Aggregator and not by NutriClinics. If you do not receive the reversal within this period, please write to us at support@nutriclinicsglobal.com with the transaction details and we will, in good faith, take the matter up with the Payment Aggregator. We give no assurance or guarantee as to the outcome or timing of any such reversal. The outcome depends on the findings, verification requirements, settlement records and policies of the Payment Aggregator, your bank and the relevant card network, each of which is beyond our control. Where the Payment Aggregator confirms that the amount has been received and settled to us, we may, at our discretion and in place of a reversal, apply the amount towards a booking of an equivalent Consultant session, subject to availability. NutriClinics shall have no liability where the Payment Aggregator or your bank declines, delays or is unable to effect a reversal.
  9. If you are charged twice for the same appointment, the duplicate payment is refunded to the original payment instrument through the Payment Aggregator. Such refunds ordinarily take a minimum of 5–7 working days from the date the duplicate is confirmed, and this period is indicative only, being subject to the verification requirements, settlement cycles, processing timelines and policies of the Payment Aggregator, your bank and the relevant card network, each as amended from time to time. Processing is further conditional upon your furnishing complete and accurate transaction details and such supporting proof as may reasonably be required, and upon your co-operation with any verification sought by NutriClinics or the Payment Aggregator. NutriClinics gives no assurance as to the timing or outcome of any such refund and shall not be liable for any delay or failure attributable to the Payment Aggregator, your bank or any other third party, or to any delay on your part in furnishing the information or proof required.
  10. NutriClinics does not collect or store your card, bank, UPI or other payment credentials. Any transaction information as NutriClinics holds, including the transaction reference and payment status, is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared with any third party unless consented to by you or required by law, regulation or court order.
  11. Nothing in this Policy, and no payment made through the Platform, creates any professional, clinical or advisory relationship between you and NutriClinics, or constitutes NutriClinics as the provider of the Services.

2. SPECIFIC PAYMENT MODES

  1. All Fees payable under this Policy are collected exclusively through our payment aggregator partner, Payment Aggregator/Razorpay Software Private Limited. Once you proceed to make payment on the Platform, you will be redirected to the Payment Aggregator, and the transaction will take place on the basis of the terms and conditions and privacy policy prescribed by it. By initiating or completing a payment on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by the Payment Aggregator’s terms and privacy policy, and you consent to your data being processed in accordance with them. Compliance with those terms is your responsibility, as applicable. We do not collect, store or share your card, bank, UPI or other payment credentials. Any such details are entered by you directly on the Payment Aggregator's interface in accordance with its privacy policy and terms, read with this Policy. Between us and the Payment Aggregator, only a transaction or order reference and the status of the payment are exchanged, so that your booking may be confirmed and your Fees/Refunds are reconciled.
  2. Whenever you choose to use any mode of payment, you must fulfil the terms and conditions applicable to that mode of payment, whether prescribed by the Payment Aggregator, your bank, the relevant card network, your UPI application or your wallet provider. Neither we nor the Payment Aggregator monitors your use of any payment channel, and you use each payment mode at your sole option and risk.
  3. Accepted modes: Subject to the modes enabled by the Payment Aggregator from time to time, you may pay the Fees by credit card, debit card, UPI (including by way of QR code), net banking or prepaid wallet, in each case processed through the Payment Aggregator on the Platform. Payments are accepted only through the Platform. We do not accept cash, cheque, demand draft, direct bank transfer (including by NEFT, RTGS or IMPS), payment at a clinic or card terminal, or payment to any personal or third-party UPI ID, QR code, wallet, payment link or bank account. Any amount paid otherwise than through the Platform is paid at your own risk, is not received by us or by us on behalf of any Consultant, will not be recognised by us as payment of the Fees, will not discharge the obligation you owe to the relevant Consultant to pay the Fees for that consultation, and cannot be refunded, reconciled or recovered by us.
  4. Engagements outside the Platform: Consultants, nutritionists, dietitians and other practitioners listed on the Platform may also practise independently of the Platform. If you engage any such practitioner, or any person representing themselves as being associated with, authorised by or acting on behalf of NutriClinics, directly and outside the Platform — whether for consultations, plans, packages or any other service — you agree and acknowledge that:
    1. such engagement is solely between you and that person, and we are not a party to it in any manner whatsoever;
    2. our Terms and Conditions, this Policy, our service standards, our grievance redressal mechanism and the cancellation and refund provisions set out below do not apply to it;
    3. we do not verify, supervise, record, guarantee or ensure any service so provided or any payment so made; and
    4. we shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of such service, such payment, or any refund, deficiency, loss or dispute arising from it.
    A booking is considered made with us only if it is placed on the Platform and paid for through the Payment Aggregator. If anyone requests payment from you outside the Platform while claiming to be NutriClinics or authorised by us, please do not make the payment and report it to us immediately at support@nutriclinicsglobal.com.
  5. QR code payments: Specifically for payment by QR code, you note that:
    1. the QR code is provided by the Payment Aggregator; and
    2. you may make payment through UPI or a valid card by scanning the QR code correctly through any of the payment applications available with you and entering the correct amount.
    Where you pay by scanning a QR code, you are responsible for verifying the recipient details and the amount before authorising the transaction. If payment is made to an incorrect recipient or for an incorrect amount, it will not be recognised against your booking, no session or slot will be reserved, and we cannot recall, recover or reconcile such a payment. Your data will be processed in accordance with the Payment Aggregator's privacy policy and terms.
  6. Tokenised card payments: In accordance with the directions of the Reserve Bank of India, we are not authorised to store your card details. For ease of facilitation of card payments, the Payment Aggregator may offer you the option of tokenisation of your card data, pursuant to which your card details are stored, collected or received securely with or by the authorised card networks (such as Visa, Mastercard and RuPay) and processed, managed or transferred for payment of the Fees upon your selecting card payment as a payment mode. In order for us and the Payment Aggregator to facilitate payments through tokenised card details, you agree and accept the following:
    1. upon your choosing card payment as a payment mode, you will be given the option to pay securely using the tokenised card details;
    2. the provision of a token of your card details (the expression “token”, wherever used, including a token reference number, card reference number or any other similar term) shall be initiated only with your explicit consent through an additional factor of authentication, which shall be facilitated by the Payment Aggregator;
    3. you will have the option to register and de-register your cards for a particular use, and for any such request you should visit the “Manage Payments” section under profile options on the Platform;
    4. you will have the option to use any card registered under the tokenisation services;
    5. you will have the option to immediately suspend, delete or de-register, or resume, any token, and for any such request you should visit the “Manage Payments” section under profile options on the Platform; and
    6. the Payment Aggregator may disclose your data or information where such disclosure is required or requested under applicable laws, by card networks or issuer banks, or under regulatory requirements or investigations, and you hereby give your express consent for such disclosure.
  7. Tokenisation services are dependent on the mandates, instructions, policies and guidelines of card networks, the Reserve Bank of India, banks and other regulatory authorities as may be relevant from time to time, and on our continued arrangement with the Payment Aggregator offering tokenisation services. Any change in such mandates, instructions, regulations, guidelines or policies, or the change or termination of the arrangement between us and the Payment Aggregator, may lead to the termination or modification of tokenisation services or may require further amendment or addition to this Policy, and you agree to give effect to the same.
  8. We are not a payment service provider. The payment gateway is operated by the Payment Aggregator, and the transaction is processed by your bank, card network, UPI application or wallet provider, as applicable. We shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption or error attributable to any of them, although we will, in good faith, assist you in taking up the matter with the Payment Aggregator.
  9. Where a payment fails, is declined, or is subsequently reversed or charged back, the Fees remain due and payable, and you must settle the same through an accepted mode on the Platform before further Services are provided to you. Refunds, where due, are governed by Section 6 (Refunds) below.

3. FEES AND WHAT YOUR PAYMENT COVERS

  1. Consultation fees are set for each Consultant’s own services, and may differ between Consultants, between specialities, and between an initial consultation and any subsequent consultation. The fee applicable to your booking, and what it covers, is displayed on that Consultant's profile and again at checkout before you pay.
  2. Payment for an initial consultation covers the consultation, together with a pre-consultation health assessment and any additional aspect that is offered and determined by the consultant. Some consultants additionally offer a number of free follow-up consultations; where offered, the number available and the period within which they must be used are stated on that consultant’s profile at the time of booking. Not every consultant offers free follow-ups.
  3. Free follow-ups carry no charge and no cash value and are booked one at a time within the validity period applicable to that consultant. They are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable for a discount, and neither the number available nor the validity period can be extended. Any free follow-up not used within the validity period lapses.
  4. Once your free follow-ups are used or have lapsed, any further consultation with that consultant is a paid follow-up, charged at the rate applicable to that consultant at the time of booking.
  5. The fee displayed at checkout is the fee for that booking. If any pricing is revised later, the revised fee applies only to bookings made after the revision and does not affect a booking you have already paid for. NutriClinics reserves the right to modify or implement a new pricing structure at any time prior to billing you.
  6. The Fees are payable solely in respect of the consultation booked. Any other goods or services whatsoever, including without limitation any second opinion, further or specialist consultation, laboratory or diagnostic investigation, supplement, medicine, nutraceutical or any other product or service supplied by a third party, are chargeable separately and do not form part of the Fees. NutriClinics neither arranges, procures, invoices nor refunds any such goods or services supplied by a third party, and shall bear no liability in respect thereof.
  7. NutriClinics or a Consultant may from time to time make available promotional codes, discounts, vouchers, credits, multi-session plans or packages through the Platform. No such offering is available unless and until it is published on the Platform, and nothing in this Policy entitles you to any of them. Where any such offering is made available, it will be governed by supplemental terms published on the Platform at the time it is offered. Those supplemental terms will form part of this Policy in respect of that offering and will prevail over this Policy to the extent of any inconsistency, including as to eligibility, validity, expiry, transferability, cancellation, and the basis on which any refund (including any pro-rated refund) is calculated.

4. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION OF CONSULTATIONS

  1. Consultations may be booked at least 24 hours in advance and up to 30 days ahead. All appointments are scheduled and displayed in Indian Standard Time (IST).
  2. You may reschedule a consultation free of cost up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, subject to your consultant’s availability. There is no limit on the number of times you may reschedule within this window, and no fresh payment is required.
  3. You may cancel a consultation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time and choose either a free reschedule or a 100% refund of the Fees paid. As consultations may only be booked at least 24 hours in advance, where you make a booking at or close to that minimum lead time this window may not be available to you at the time of booking; by proceeding with such a booking you accept that the slot has been committed to you and that no free cancellation or automatic refund will apply to it.
  4. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, and cancellation of any booking to which the proviso in clause 4(c) applies, will not attract an automatic refund. The appointment will be marked as cancelled and no refund is payable. You may write to support@nutriclinicsglobal.com within 15 days of the scheduled start time, and we will endeavour to arrange a reschedule for you, subject to your Consultant's availability and to the other terms of this Policy and our Terms and Conditions. A reschedule is not guaranteed, and any refund in such a case is assessed in accordance with clause 6(e) and subject to clause 6(g). If we do not hear from you within 15 days, the appointment is closed and no refund is payable.
  5. If your consultant cancels an appointment, you may choose either a free reschedule or a 100% refund. If you do not select an option within 48 hours of being notified, a full refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  6. If NutriClinics cancels an appointment — for reasons including platform outage, emergency or force majeure; you are entitled to a free reschedule or a 100% refund, regardless of how close to the scheduled time the cancellation occurs.
  7. If you cancel a free follow-up at least 24 hours in advance, the follow-up is restored to your entitlement and may be rebooked within your remaining validity period. As no payment is made for a free follow-up, no refund arises.

5. NO-SHOWS

  1. A consultation is marked as a no-show if you do not join within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. For free follow-ups, the grace period is 5 minutes. Your consultant will wait for the full grace period before the appointment is marked as a no-show.
  2. If you do not attend, no refund is automatically payable, as the slot was reserved by the consultant for you. The appointment is flagged to our team, and you may write to support@nutriclinicsglobal.com within 15 days of the scheduled start time to request a reschedule or refund, which may be granted at our discretion. If you do not contact us within 15 days, the appointment is closed and no refund is payable. You may book a fresh appointment at any time at your own cost.
  3. If the Consultant fails to join the appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment shall be recorded as a Consultant no-show, irrespective of whether advance notice was given to you or to us. In such event, you may elect either a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge or a full refund of the fees paid. Where you do not communicate your election within 48 hours of being notified of the no-show, a full refund shall be initiated automatically to your original payment instrument.
  4. If neither party attends, the appointment is voided and flagged to our team. You may write to us within 15 days to request a reschedule or refund, which will be assessed on the facts.
  5. A consultation is deemed to have been delivered where your Consultant was present and available for the scheduled duration of the appointment, or where you joined and the session commenced, whether or not the session ran for its full scheduled duration. A consultation deemed delivered under this clause is not refundable, save as expressly provided in this Policy.

6. REFUNDS

  1. Refunds for all eligible cancellations are issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase. There are no cash refunds.
  2. Refunds are made only to the original payment instrument used for the booking. We cannot redirect a refund to any other account, card or instrument, including one nominated by you. Where a caregiver, family member or other third party paid on your behalf, the refund is credited to their instrument, and any settlement between you and them is a matter between you. We therefore recommend booking and paying with an instrument in your own name.
  3. All refunds are processed exclusively through the Payment Aggregator. Where a refund is approved by NutriClinics, our obligation is limited to initiating the refund instruction with the Payment Aggregator, and our obligation stands discharged upon such initiation. The actual credit is thereafter effected by the Payment Aggregator, your bank, card network, UPI application or wallet provider, as applicable, and is subject to their settlement cycles, processing timelines, verification requirements and policies, each as amended from time to time. Any extension, deferral, hold, reversal or additional verification imposed by the Payment Aggregator, any bank, card network or regulatory authority shall apply correspondingly to your refund, and the timelines stated in this Policy shall be deemed extended to that extent. NutriClinics shall not be liable for any delay, failure or deficiency in the crediting of a refund arising from any act, omission, outage or error of the Payment Aggregator or any other third party, or from incorrect, incomplete or outdated payment details furnished by you, though we will, in good faith, assist you in pursuing the matter with the Payment Aggregator.
  4. Where a refund is payable under this Policy, it is a refund of 100% of the amount paid for that appointment. We do not process partial or pro-rated refunds, for instance, we do not refund a portion of the Fees because a session ran shorter than its scheduled duration. Payment gateway charges are not deducted from your refund.
  5. Refunds will only be made against genuine and traceable cancellation requests generated by you using the cancellation option in your account or raised in writing to support@nutriclinicsglobal.com from your registered email address quoting your Booking ID. Refund requests against delays, the nature of the advice obtained, the contents of the diet plan, the efficacy of the plan, or health outcomes will not be entertained.
  6. Any complaint concerning the quality, conduct or content of a consultation is considered only where raised by you in writing, is assessed against our Terms and Conditions and applicable Platform policies, and the grant of any refund in such a case is at the sole discretion of NutriClinics. Our liability in respect of any such complaint is limited as set out in Section 10.
  7. Refunds will also not be processed where you were unable to join because of an issue with your own device, internet connection or environment and your consultant was available for the full grace period; where a diet plan has already been issued to you following a completed consultation; or where your free follow-up entitlement has expired unused.
  8. Where an initial consultation is refunded in full, the associated entitlement, including any unused free follow-ups, lapses with it.
  9. No refund for any eligible cancellation will be processed beyond 3 months of the scheduled appointment date. In exceptional circumstances, you may claim a refund beyond this period at the sole discretion of NutriClinics.
  10. If you raise a chargeback with your bank in respect of an appointment that was delivered as booked within the meaning of clause 5(e), we reserve the right to contest it with the documentation available to us. You may not claim a refund from us and a chargeback from your bank for the same transaction.
  11. We may decline a booking, withhold a refund or suspend an account where we reasonably suspect use of a payment instrument that does not belong to you, misrepresentation in a refund request, misuse of a promotional offer, or repeated booking and last-minute cancellation in a manner that abuses this Policy.

7. REFUND TIMELINES

  1. All refunds payable under this Policy shall be processed exclusively through the Payment Aggregator and credited to the original payment instrument used for the transaction. NutriClinics does not process refunds by cash, cheque, direct bank transfer or to any account or instrument other than the original payment instrument. Where the original payment instrument has been closed, blocked, expired, de-registered or is otherwise incapable of receiving credit, the refund shall be effected in accordance with the procedures of the Payment Aggregator, your bank or the relevant card network, and any resulting delay shall not be attributable to NutriClinics.
  2. Where a refund is automatic under this Policy, being cancellation more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment, cancellation by the consultant or by NutriClinics, or a no-show by the consultant, NutriClinics shall initiate the refund with the Payment Aggregator within two (2) Working Days.
  3. Where a refund is granted at the discretion of NutriClinics, your request shall be reviewed within seven (7) Working Days and, if approved, the refund shall be initiated with the Payment Aggregator within a further two (2) Working Days.
  4. Upon initiation, the refund amount is ordinarily credited to your original payment instrument within five to seven (5–7) Working Days. This period is indicative only. The actual credit is effected by the Payment Aggregator, your bank, card network, UPI application or wallet provider, as applicable, and NutriClinics' obligation is discharged upon initiation of the refund with the Payment Aggregator.
  5. All refund timelines stated in this Policy are expressly subject to the settlement cycles, processing timelines, operational procedures, verification requirements and service-level terms of the Payment Aggregator, and to bank turnaround times and the directions and guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India, each as amended from time to time. Any extension, suspension, deferral or revision of such timelines by the Payment Aggregator, any bank, card network or regulatory authority shall apply correspondingly to refunds under this Policy, and the timelines stated herein shall be deemed extended to that extent without further notice to you.
  6. Refunds may further be delayed or withheld where the Payment Aggregator, your bank or any card network requires additional verification, places a hold on the transaction, or declines or reverses a settlement, or where the transaction is the subject of a chargeback, dispute, investigation or regulatory direction. In any such case NutriClinics shall have no liability, and the timelines in this Section shall not apply until the relevant hold, dispute or requirement is resolved.
  7. Working Day” means any day of the week, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, on which commercial banks in India are open for business.
  8. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NutriClinics shall not be liable for any delay, failure or deficiency in the processing of a refund arising from any act, omission, outage, insolvency, error or delay of the Payment Aggregator, any bank, card network, UPI application, wallet provider or other third party; from any delay by you in furnishing information reasonably required to effect the refund; from incorrect, incomplete or outdated payment details furnished by you; from technical failure; or from any other cause beyond the reasonable control of NutriClinics. NutriClinics shall, in good faith, assist you in pursuing the matter with the Payment Aggregator.

8. INVOICES AND COMMUNICATIONS

  1. A payment confirmation and a tax invoice are emailed to your registered email address after every successful payment.
  2. Invoices are issued in the name registered on your NutriClinics account. If you require an invoice in a different name, please contact us before the appointment.
  3. Confirmations, cancellation notices and refund updates are sent to you by WhatsApp and email. These are transactional messages forming part of the Services and are sent regardless of your marketing preferences. Accordingly, you must maintain a valid email address/WhatsApp number on your account.

9. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

  1. All communication regarding payments and refunds should be sent to support@nutriclinicsglobal.com, quoting your Booking ID. We will acknowledge your query within 48 hours.
  2. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer, appointed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, at grievances@nutriclinicsglobal.com. The name, designation and address of the Grievance Officer are set out in Section 16 of our Terms and Conditions and are published on the Platform. The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve it within one month.

10. GENERAL

  1. This Policy is not a standalone document and must be read together with our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and any other policy or notice published on the Platform, each of which applies to you in addition to this Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions in relation to payments, cancellations or refunds, this Policy shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. NutriClinics operates the Platform solely as a technology platform enabling you to discover, book and pay for consultation and related patient services rendered by independent Consultants. Such services are rendered by the Consultant you select and not by NutriClinics, and Consultants are independent third parties and not employees, agents or partners of NutriClinics.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any appointment is limited to the amount paid by you for that appointment.
  3. Our Services provide nutrition counselling and diet planning and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. NutriClinics does not provide, and the Platform is not equipped to provide, emergency medical services of any nature. In a medical emergency, do not use the Platform — contact the national medical emergency service applicable in your location or country immediately, or the nearest hospital. If you are in India, dial 102 for ambulance services or 112 for the national emergency helpline.
  4. You must be 18 years of age or older to make a payment or book an appointment on the Platform.
  5. All other terms, including those relating to governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, grievance redressal, notices, assignment, severability and any other general or miscellaneous provisions, are as set out in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and apply to this Policy as if set out herein.
