Indu Kiran

Co-Founder & Chief People & Culture Officer

Indu Kiran believes that the soul of any great organisation lives in its people — in the culture they nurture, the values they uphold, and the human connections that hold everything together. As Co-Founder and Chief People & Culture Officer at NutriClinics, she brings warmth, empathy, and a deeply people-centric approach to building an organisation that is as compassionate on the inside as the care it delivers on the outside.

A graduate in English Honours, Indu combines exceptional interpersonal acuity with a passion for purpose-driven, values-based organisations. Her natural ability to connect with people — across communities, cultures, and contexts — has always made her a rallying presence: someone colleagues, friends, and communities gravitate toward. It is this rare blend of empathy and vision that she now channels into shaping the people and culture agenda at NutriClinics.

At NutriClinics, Indu leads the culture, talent, and organisational values of the platform — ensuring that every team member, clinician, and stakeholder feels seen, supported, and aligned to a shared mission. She plays a particularly important role in representing the voice of both nutritionists and patients, translating real-world needs and lived experiences into services, practices, and environments that are genuinely accessible, inclusive, and patient-centred. Her positive outlook, collaborative spirit, and genuine investment in people make her an irreplaceable force behind the culture and vision that defines NutriClinics.
